Replacement Approval Process

You can raise a replacement request by writing an email to replacement@clientronix.in, you will receive a call from the clientronix team within 2 business days to troubleshoot the issue you are facing and initiating a replacement request in case of any failure.
For Dead on Arrival complaints, the DOA certificate will be required from the Clientronix Support team.
For all Damaged/Wrong product received complaints you will be required to provide the following to investigate further:
• Damaged/Wrong product: Images
1. All sides of the brand box
2. Image of damaged part
3. Serial number on box and product both
Our Team will review the images, if the reason complies with our policy and is approved by our Team, Then Customer need to send Defective or DOA material to Our Chennai Office address.

Replacement Time Frame

1. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement.
2. We will ship the replaced unit within 2 business days to the delivery address from our end.

Order Cancellation
Generally, we are unable to entertain requests for order cancellations once it is placed. Please contact info@clientronix.in for any further queries.

However, the internet is an ever-evolving medium. We may change our Privacy Policy from time to time to incorporate necessary future changes. Of course, our use of any information we gather will always be consistent with the policy under which the information was collected, regardless of what the new policy may be.

GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL
